PaceKit is a small team. If something's broken or you have a question, email us directly and we'll get back to you.
If something goes wrong during a race, your run keeps recording on Apple Watch and iPhone — you won't lose your progress. After the race, email us with the date, the race, and what happened. Screenshots help.
PaceKit uses Sign in with Apple. If sign-in fails, make sure you're on iOS 17 or later and signed into iCloud on the device. If it still won't go through, email us with your Apple ID region and iOS version.
PaceKit supports 112+ US courses. If your race isn't in the list, it may not be loaded yet. Email us the race name, date, and city — we'll see if we can add it before race day.
Check that your phone isn't on silent, that PaceKit has microphone and location permissions in iOS Settings, and that your Apple Watch is paired. If audio still doesn't come through, the coach will still log the run — email us after and we'll look at the session.
Heart rate comes from Apple Watch through HealthKit. Open the Health app, go to Sharing > Apps and Services > PaceKit, and confirm Heart Rate access is enabled. The watch needs to be on your wrist and unlocked.
Email us from the address associated with your account and we'll delete your account and all associated data. See the privacy policy for what we store.
We want to hear it. Email us. Every real runner we've listened to has made PaceKit better.
